EN Metadados is a company specialized in developing systems and technologies for the HR sector. Among the services offered by the company are the Feedflex platform, responsible for managing corporate benefits, and Jobfy, which simplifies the employee hiring process. The challenge of this project was to create an illustration system that communicates about these services and their benefits. To effectively connect the illustrations with existing identities, analyses of each brand's characteristics were conducted, including values, positioning, symbols, colors, and typography. The process and results can be seen in the images below.
PT A Metadados é uma empresa especializada em desenvolver sistemas e tecnologias para o setor de RH. Entre os serviços oferecidos pela empresa, existem as plataformas Feedflex, responsável pela gestão de benefícios empresariais, e a Jobfy, que simplifica o processo de contratação de funcionários.
Neste projeto, o desafio foi a criação de um sistema de ilustrações que comunicam sobre esses serviços e seus benefícios.
Para que fosse possível conectar efetivamente as ilustrações às identidades existentes, foram feitas análises das características de cada marca, incluindo seus valores, posicionamentos, símbolos, cores e tipografia. O processo e os resultados podem ser conferidos nas imagens abaixo.
